About MDV's IQP approval
MDV Electrical holds Auckland Council approval as an Independent Qualified Person (IQP) for Specified System 4 (SS4) emergency lighting. That covers the annual inspections, IMR documentation, and 12A form sign-off required under the Building Act for buildings with emergency lighting on their compliance schedule.
Marcel carries out inspections, prepares the required paperwork, and can coordinate directly with building owners, property managers, or body corporate administrators to fit work into existing maintenance schedules.

You'll get a written report after each inspection along with the 12A IQP sign-off your building's annual WOF process requires.
